This policy explains what personal information Integrity Pools collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can access or correct it. We have written it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate, and it describes what this website actually does.
Who we are
Integrity Pools (ABN 11 619 598 024), builder licence 317064C, of 27/2 Indigo Loop, Yallah NSW 2530. You can reach us on 0401 157 172 or at info@integrityswimmingpools.com. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Integrity Pools.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry through this website, we ask for:
- your name
- your phone number
- your email address
- the address of the property where the pool would go. The form labels this Property Address and asks for the full address, for example 123 Main St, Wollongong NSW 2500.
- what you are interested in
- anything you choose to write in the message field
We only collect what you type in. We do not ask for financial details, identity documents or any sensitive information through this website, and you should not send them to us through the enquiry form.
If you phone or email us directly, we collect whatever you choose to tell us in that conversation.
Why we collect it
We use the information you give us to:
- reply to your enquiry and answer your questions
- prepare and discuss a quote
- arrange a site visit and plan an installation
- keep in touch about work we are doing for you
- meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed builder
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement.
Cookies and tracking on this website
This website uses two third-party tracking tools. Both set cookies in your browser, and both can be used to show you our advertising after you leave the site.

Loading these tools means your browser connects to Google and Meta servers, including googletagmanager.com, doubleclick.net and facebook.net. Those companies may receive your IP address and details about the pages you viewed, under their own privacy policies rather than ours.
You can turn this off. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. You can also opt out of personalised Google advertising at adssettings.google.com and adjust Meta's ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account. Blocking these cookies will not stop you using this website or sending us an enquiry.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where we need to:
- Our web host. This website runs on infrastructure provided by Replit, so enquiries pass through their servers on the way to us.
- Our email provider. When you send the enquiry form, your details reach us through SendGrid, an email service run by Twilio. Everything you type into the form passes through their systems.
- The consultant who looks after our website and advertising. A copy of every enquiry goes to them as well, so they can check the form is working and see which ads are bringing in work.
- Google and Meta. Through the advertising tools described above, and only as browsing data, never the contents of your enquiry.
- Suppliers and contractors working on your pool, where they need your details to do the job. For example, a delivery driver needs your address.
- Finance providers, but only if you ask us about finance and choose to apply. We will tell you before passing anything on.
- Anyone we are legally required to give it to, such as a court or a regulator.
SendGrid, Google and Meta are overseas companies and store data outside Australia. If you would rather your browsing was not shared with them, block their cookies as described above.
How we store it and how long we keep it
Enquiries reach us by email and are kept in our business records. We keep quotes and enquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them, and we keep records relating to work we have actually carried out for the period required of a licensed builder in New South Wales, which can be several years after the job is finished. We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, but no website or email system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
While the form is being processed, what you submitted is also written into our website's server log. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you, and the website does not keep a customer database of its own. Copies of your enquiry stay in our email inboxes for as long as we need them for your project and for our tax and warranty records, and we delete them once we no longer need them.
Accessing, correcting or deleting your information
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Email info@integrityswimmingpools.com or call 0401 157 172 and we will respond within a reasonable time. There is no charge for asking. In some cases we may need to keep certain records even after a deletion request, for example where a builder is required by law to retain them.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first so we have the chance to put it right. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Links to other websites
This website links to other places, including our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business profiles. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's website, and their privacy policy applies rather than ours.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. This policy was last updated on 25 August 2026.
